Terms of Service

I will not draw the following...

♥ Do not edit my artwork. If you are a rig artist who needs parts of a model I have made edited, I ask that you contact me and I will provide whatever you need edited!♥ Do not post without my watermark. Pieces without a watermark are only for your private sharing and viewing. This does not include commercial work or vtuber models, do not say the art is your own.♥ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.♥ If you are not comfortable with me working on your commission while on stream, TELL ME, otherwise it most likely will appear on stream at least once! Note: This may cost you a fee depending on how large the work is.♥ Any fanart commissioned will also be potentially sold by me as merchandise.♥ I do not allow other artists to make outfits or edit my vtuber models. This goes for rig artists as well, any changes/add ons that are needed or wanted are to go through me.♥ Payment can be accepted through Paypal, Venmo, and Cashapp.♥ Payment will be accepted completely upfront. Unless the commission is over $150, then i will accept a payment plan of half up front then half when completed.♥ I do not allow refunds after the sketch phase unless I have been unable to update you for a quantity of 6 weeks. There are NO refunds for any reason after I've started the final rendering process.♥ If you have requested a refund for any reason, you will own none of the art I have given you unless we have come to our own conclusion via private messages.♥ Excessive changes to design will cost more depending on size of change and number of changes.♥ Overly detailed characters may cost you extra, I will determine what is overly detailed and what is not.♥ An extra person on the SAME canvas is 50% of the original cost, at max I will draw 4 people. This does not apply to different canvases.♥ Simple backgrounds are free. Complex backgrounds can cost 25 - 75 USD.♥ NSFW Art pricing depends on level of nudity and detail, inquire privately.♥ Commercial use fee is x3 the amount of each single artwork you wish to purchase.♥ Vtuber model commercial use is 50% of original cost. What I consider commercial use is selling merchandise of the model art itself. Streaming and or used for promotional videos /digital art does not count. (These are my terms, they may not be the same for every artist.)♥ I can take up to 3-4 months to finish a commission, and however long I need for an art trade as those are not first priority for me. Promised gifts are last priority and may take a while.♥ Please do not ask more than once a week for an update. If I have not answered your message within 2 days, you may message me again as sometimes messages can be buried. Keep in mind, it is normal for me to not reply within a couple days in between responses, even if I am active publicly and or streaming. Do not ask for updates in my stream chat.♥ Deadlines that are sooner than 1 month will cost x2 the commission price.♥ If an IRL situation arises on my end that affects my commissioners, I will update all my clients via social media posts on twitter and discord.♥ PLEASE take note that I have a very unpredictable life right now and sometimes commissions may take longer than necessary. There may be many times that I miss a promised update or a message. If this may be a bother to you, please reconsider commissioning me. I only want the best for both us in our commissioning experiences. <3I, the artist, hold all rights to the finished piece, meaning I can post and advertise it anywhere I want. This includes in books, promotions, commission examples and advertising. I will not make prints of the piece unless it is a fanart commission. As for vtuber models, you are allowed to sell your model for no more than what you paid for from me, and I MUST know who the new owner of the model is so I may keep track of all my models homes.

Live2d Vtuber Models

• Each model comes with: Dark, Red & Blue shadow, Tears that can be animated to fall, and lastly, Diamond & Heart eyes. These expressions all look the same across my models, if you wish to customize them it will then be charged as an Expression.
•Arm poses are charged per outfit (If applied)
• If you do not have a clear reference already, it will take longer to complete your order compared to others and there may be a fee depending on complexity.
•Models labeled *** are commissions that have gone through OneiraStudios as mentioned above!
